Reports Dashboard

At the top of the CRMery Dashboard, navigate to the CRMery menu and click "Reports". The Sales Dashboard shows bar and pie graphs of anything from "Deals by Stage", "Deals by Status" to "Yearly Commissions", "Yearly Revenue", "Monthly Commissions" and "Monthly Revenue". In addition, the "Reports" section of CRMery will allow you to see a quick overview of your deals, sources, return on investment, milestones, notes, and custom reports.

Sales Pipeline

If you click on the "Sales Pipeline" it will show an overview of your sales. It allows you to see the name of the deal, the owner of the deal, the summary, the sale amount, stage, percentage, status, expiration close dates, modified dates, and created dates of your deals. Furthermore, it can show the total amount of sales pipeline money or allow you to filter the amount . At the top right corner, you may also Print your sales pipeline or Export it to a CSV file.

Source Report

If you click on the "Source Report" it will show an overview of your sources. It allows you to see the name of the deal, the owner of the deal, the amount, source, stage, percentage, status,expiration close dates, modified dates, and created dates of your deals. Furthermore, it can show the total amount of sales pipeline money or allow you to filter the amount . At the top right corner, you may also Print your sales pipeline or Export it to a CSV file.

ROI Report

If you click on the "ROI Report" it will show the correlation for your return on investment between a deal's source, revenue, and total cost.

At the top right corner, you may also Print your ROI Report or Export it to a CSV file.

Deal Milestones

If you click on the "Deal Milestone Report" it will show an overview, stage, owner as well as Milestones and due dates that are associated with the deal.

Notes

If you click on "Notes" it will show a report or overview of all of your CRMery notes that have been created. You may also Print or Export your notes to a CSV file.

Custom Reports

If you wish to create new or custom reports, click on the "Custom Reports" link. To create a custom report, click the "New Custom Fields Report" button.

Then, drag and drop the field blocks to an available open space below to create your custom report. Then name your report, and click the "Save" button.
